I’m R. Tamsin Jones, Managing Director and Founder. My work sits at the intersection of organizational change, leadership, and human systems. I’ve held senior roles in strategy, operations, and HR, advised leaders across sectors and countries, and spent years studying how change actually works—not how we wish it did. I’m also a doctoral scholar in Organizational Change and Leadership, a Prosci® certified change practitioner, and a coach who understands that transformation is as much embodied as it is intellectual.
What you won’t find here are prepackaged answers, performative optimism, or one-size-fits-all solutions. What you will find is disciplined thinking, evidence-based practice, and a proprietary approach—Sticky Change™—designed to help change endure in real human systems. I work with leaders and organizations who are serious about improvement—those willing to tell the truth, make hard decisions, and build capacity rather than chase trends.
